Our largest capital is exceptional people who are satisfied with their work. We know that this type of capital requires constant care and attention from the company managers and, indeed, the entire organization. We treat our employees as partners and reward them as such.
Taking rules seriously. While building a team, we stick to the same rules that have allowed us to increase our headcount from from 5 to nearly 270 people in only 14 years, while maintaining an atmosphere of professional satisfaction. We never slow our efforts aimed at ensuring that the organization and culture stay based on open and sincere communication, respect, and confidence in our colleagues. We appreciate it when somebody from outside calls it ‘normality’. Nevertheless, we are keenly aware that attaining such status is an ongoing process that requires the participation of everybody on the team.
Thinking place instead of working place. We do our best to create conditions so that, for our team, work can be a passion and not a duty. We try not only to meet their expectations but to go above and beyond them by proposing innovative solutions and persuading them to adopt an even more novel approach. As a result, we like to make sure that the place where we spend most of our life’s activities is inspiring and comfortable. Therefore, we invest in training, the accumulation and transfer of knowledge. All our offices have separate places which are not only intended for comfortable meetings, but also places where our employees can eat, relax and have fun.
Soft management but hard objectives. We don’t employee employees but partners who take responsibility for the business effect of our work for the customer, irrespective of what position they have. This type of partnership creates benefits for both parties. Of our 35 longest tenured employees with the largest merits for company development, all are shareholders. Our goal is that the motivational program based on company share distribution cover all the key employees of the company.
