K2 Internet S.A. agency re-launches web portal for Play.
Within the cooperation with the Play brand, K2 Internet S.A. agency prepared a re-launch of www.playmobile.pl portal, which features the offer for both individuals and corporate clients.
“We are pleased with the project outcome; we believe it will help us to meet even better the expectations of our Customers”, said Stefan Nowak, Portals Director from Play.
The changes have been made based on the results of a portal utility analysis conducted by the research and consulting company Komitywa.com. They are aimed at strengthening the image of Play mobile network and presenting its offer to the target group in the most communicative way.
Re-launch of the individual offer portal began in April this year and was completed in September. Thanks to the applied solutions, the users can find all necessary information in a quick and easy way. In addition, the revitalized website www.playmobile.pl has taken the second position in the ranking of mobile operators’ websites prepared for Gazeta Prawna. The new opening of the portal for corporate Clients by Play dla Firm aims to refresh and make the brand’s web presence more attractive, as well as it ensues from the offer modifications introduced by the operator.
“During the project execution we concentrated in particular on a proper selection of tools which ensured the portal’s contribution to the sales process and to building the brand’s image on the Internet”, said Magdalena Zawada, Account Director from K2 Internet S.A.
The offers for individuals and for business clients differ in colours. Moreover, the site has been enhanced by additional applications helping to get familiar with the latest promotions, as well as by the tools presenting the offer to the users in a very comprehensible way. In order to make the choice easier, the creators developed and improved the presentation of phone models available in the operator’s offer and introduced a large number of offer wizards on the whole portal.
The cooperation between K2 Internet and Play has continued for more than 2 years now. Since the official launch of the operator on the Polish market, Play has entrusted K2 with preparation of two openings of the consumer portal, its corporate part, business portal Play dla Firm, a few minisites, tutorials for mobile phones, layout and graphic design of the e-shop and sales platform for multimedia content – Playnet, viral videos, and a few days ago also a promotional site and an Internet campaign imieninyplay.pl.
K2 Internet also services on a permanent basis the web portal of the Play brand.
