Katarzyna Wiśniewska and Adam Wysocki shall manage K2 Media jointly

Katarzyna Wiśniewska and Adam Wysocki are to assume the positions of Co-managing Directors and will jointly manage K2 Media, responsible for media projects within K2 Group.

In K2, Katarzyna Wiśniewska will be primarily accountable for organization of the agency, sales and development of customer relations. She’s been with K2 for 9 years and belongs to top management. Throughout this time, as a Development Director of K2 Group, she ran the department of new business, oversaw agency sales plans and had a substantial impact on gaining new clients of such large brands as: Grupa PZU, PKO BP, PKO SA, Heineken, L’Oreal or Orlen. She graduated from University of Warsaw, Faculty of Management. Taking over the reins of K2 by Katarzyna is a further step of K2 integrated offer development.

Adam Wysocki’s duties will include creating of product, service and business innovation development, as well as relations with customers and market. He began his professional career in 2000 in Adnet company, where he was, among others, Key Client Director. Later on, he was a Managing Director of IMP agency. The last 7 years he spent in Next interactive agency (belonging to an international network of Starcom Mediavest Group), where, as Digital Development Director, he was responsible for NEXT agency development strategy and business relations. Mr Wysocki co-ordinated the work of a team handling NEXT’s largest client – T-Mobile. He completed his doctoral studies at the Institute of Information and Book Studies at University of Warsaw. He’s known for his work to develop Internet trade; he’s the author of numerous expert articles and lectures at Polish and international conferences. He’s also a co-creator of projects awarded in Effie and Media Trends Competitions, for instance the first large Polish company blog for ‘n’ television.

Simultaneously, Marcin Siekierski is resigning as Managing Director of K2 Media. The decision was taken by mutual agreement of the parties.

Media agency activities are one of major priorities of K2 Group development, the proof of which is handing over the reins to two highly experiences managers.
