Challenge.

Orlen was in need of a new visual idea to refresh its loyalty VITAY program.

Solution.

In cooperation with Orlen we have design Pointonauts the consumer activation in the cosmic climate, which enriched the loyalty program by “game-rivalry” system. Thanks to our activation each customer of Orlen became also the captain of his/her own spaceship and could run special missions in OLEN stellar system, i.e. specified shopping tasks. Apart from the cosmic climate the activation introduced “game-rivalry” component each driver automatically became the member of one of two teams lead team or non-lead team.

Results.

The “Orlen cosmos” was soon crowded by over one hundred Pointonauts running their missions and collecting Vitay points.
