We design interfaces and processes, build ecosystems, improve customer journeys, help to increase sales and provide better customer service. We combine business and users’ needs to create digital products that earn money, are useful, engaging, nice and clean. We design websites and applications, e-commerce platforms, online banking systems, mobile applications.

UX / Product Design / Service Design.

The team of user experience designers at K2 was established in 2006 and is one of most experienced and long-operating in Poland.

Designing of new products usually includes the following UX activities:

  • creation of product strategy and concept;
  • definition of features and content;
  • designing the structure (information architecture);
  • designing the user interface, processes and interactions;
  • wireframing and prototyping.

We also help in planning the design process, creation of innovations, we advise, consult and hold Design Sprint workshops.

Visual Design.

Our graphic studio teams up over 20 designers responsible, among others, for:

  • graphic design of a user’s interface;
  • preparation of visual identification and branding for digital products;
  • preparation of design systems and guidelines;
  • Motion Design.

Sector-related expertise.

We had a pleasure to carry out projects from many different sectors: e-commerce, retail, telecommunication, insurance, banking, fintech, TV, press, culture and art, education, healthcare, automotive, energy and fuel, governmental services, FMCG and many other. Some of these sectors are of extreme importance to us.

Banking.

During the last 10 years we have designed and helped to implement over 10 online banking transactional services and several dozens of information and sales portals for banks. Over 10 million clients use our solutions on a daily basis, including clients of two biggest Polish banks. We have designed digital presence of PKO Bank Polski and mobile PeoPay application for Bank Pekao S.A. On top of that we have created transactional systems for corporate and individual clients. Moreover, we have worked with Getin Bank, Raiffeisen and Toyota Bank/Financial Services, to name a few.

Banking.

Insurance.

We have created sales platforms for Aviva, Nationale Nederlanden and PZU, the largest Polish insurance company. During our 5-year cooperation with the latter, we have designed many mobile services and applications and we have worked on innovative projects and business concepts, such as, to name one, PZU Drive (nominated in Cannes Lions).

E‐commerce and retail.

We have been working with IKEA for more than 14 years, developing, among other things, the main website of the brand in Poland. For 8 years we have developed and maintained e-commerce website for Play, the leading Polish telecom, and we have also designed main e‐commerce website for T‐Mobile Poland. We have developed online shops and mCommerce applications for Carrefour and Leroy Merlin and we have helped to bring the biggest Polish loyalty program, ORLEN VITAY, online and on mobile phones.

E-commerce.

Culture, art and education.

We have created and implemented two versions of internet portal for Copernicus Science Center and websites for the Grand Theatre and National Opera in Warsaw and TR Theatre in Warsaw. The main web portal of the Ministry of Culture is of our doing. Moreover, we have designed website for children containing many education-related games, and for one of the global corporations we have created an e-learning mobile application available on several dozens of markets in several dozen of languages and in several alphabet versions.
