Creative Strategist.

  • Individual visioner and creative thinker, that can turn strategy into social assets.

What would you be responsible for?

  • creating long-term communication strategies, but also short-term dedicated for specific formats,
  • partner with the account manager and head of creative on a brand strategy,
  • responsible for identifying and assessing new ways to distribute the content,
  • analyze and forecast future demand for assets related to upcoming products,
  • creating ideas for the communication, based on prepared strategy.

Qualifications

  • Has a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the social media field. Experience in entertainment brands is a plus. 
  • Excited in social media communication, up-to-date with trends.
  • Has a deep knowledge of polish pop culture.
  • Great interpersonal skills. A team player who is able to engage, listen and collaborate with internal teams/ colleagues to align early on in terms of overall strategy and goals.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and social media analytics; you can apply a data-centric approach to the testing and optimization of content.
  • Concise and clear communicator with written and oral communication skills in English & Polish.
