We are a creative team working for Netflix Poland with whom we have been cooperating for several years. We implement ongoing communication on social media channels and are responsible for building a local communication strategy on the above-mentioned channels. Our team consists of 9 people. We work as a team and together we create communication for our client. Each team member has a clearly defined scope, but our competences are strongly intertwined, which allows us to be even more creative and effective.

Who are you?

  • You are an independent copywriter, self-motivating and self-managing, thriving under a high degree of freedom,
  • You are able to link creative ideas with declared social media strategy,
  • You are an expert with deep knowledge of social platforms and creative excellene,
  • Individual visioner and creative thinker, that can turn strategy into social assets,
  • Proactive creator who is not afraid to speak.

What would you be responsible for?

  • Creating and supervising strategic directions for various audiences across key social media platforms,
  • Create high-quality content for brand social media channels to grow its audiences,
  • Together with the Art Director and the rest of creative team develop campaign ideas,
  • Create video assets from their concepts, through scripts to their execution with production houses.


  • You have enough experience in working with brands in building their short and long-term communication, enough to be able to work with a big brand, which has a community of several million users- both in terms of daily communication and timed campaigns (experience with entertainment brands is welcome).
  • Has a deep understanding of social media and social strategy,
  • Is up to date with trends, innovations, pop culture, entertainment,
  • Is able to articulate own point of view,
  • Have a deep passion, appreciation, and understanding of TV, Film and entertainment broadly,
  • Is not afraid to cross their own borders, test and take risks,
  • Is a storyteller,
  • Know how to use both data and intuition to create attention grabbing content ,
  • Speaks fluently polish & english,
  • Has experience in creating scenarios for video assets and cooperation with production houses.
