Who are we and who are we looking for?

We are a creative team working for Netflix with whom we’ve been collaborating for several years. We manage current communication on social media channels and are responsible for building a local communication strategy on those. Our team consists of 9 people. We work closely with each other and together create communication for fandom

  • You turn words into engaging posts on brand’s channels, maintaining the TOV that we use,
  • You are a long distance team player, who likes creative routine tasks and analyzes them through the whole process.

What would you be responsible for?

  • creation  daily posts calendar (ideas for ongoing posts, quality, selection of channels, number of posts),
  • manage social assets and publish prepared content,
  • preparation and implementation/testing of ongoing formats for channels (from idea, through production, to analysis and next steps),
  • community monitoring & management,
  • cooperation with content creators (briefing, research),
  • creative leadership on title campaigns (big idea, creative execution),
  • evaluation of formats on channels and their development,
  • monitoring social trends and their implementation (in consultation with the strategy),
  • performance analysis based on data and strategy conclusions (approach to channels, ongoing monitoring and adaptation to the needs of audience, algorithms, trends),


  • has 5-7 years of  experience working with various marketing channels to manage a few-milion community and adjust communication to their needs,
  • has a deep understanding of social media and social strategy, especially Instagram & Tiktok (it’s a must have),
  • is up to date with trends,  innovations, pop culture, entertainment,
  • is able to articulate own point of view,
  • have a deep passion, appreciation, and understanding of TV, Film and entertainment broadly,
  • is not afraid to cross their own borders, test and take risks
  • is a storyteller and has copywriting skills to create engaging communication on channels
  • know how to use both data and intuition to create attention grabbing content ,
  • speaks fluently polish & english,
