Who are we and who are we looking for?
We are a creative team working for Netflix with whom we’ve been collaborating for several years. We manage current communication on social media channels and are responsible for building a local communication strategy on those. Our team consists of 9 people. We work closely with each other and together create communication for fandom

- You turn words into engaging posts on brand’s channels, maintaining the TOV that we use,
- You are a long distance team player, who likes creative routine tasks and analyzes them through the whole process.
What would you be responsible for?
- creation daily posts calendar (ideas for ongoing posts, quality, selection of channels, number of posts),
- manage social assets and publish prepared content,
- preparation and implementation/testing of ongoing formats for channels (from idea, through production, to analysis and next steps),
- community monitoring & management,
- cooperation with content creators (briefing, research),
- creative leadership on title campaigns (big idea, creative execution),
- evaluation of formats on channels and their development,
- monitoring social trends and their implementation (in consultation with the strategy),
- performance analysis based on data and strategy conclusions (approach to channels, ongoing monitoring and adaptation to the needs of audience, algorithms, trends),
