Social Media Strategist

We analyze and build brand strategies, create ideas, design integrated marketing campaigns as well as ATL, digital and social media communication.

What would you be responsible for?

• Creating long-term communication strategies, but also short-term dedicated for specific formats.
• Leading creative team in the right direction basing on insights, fresh trends and conversation around our client’s brand.
• Partner with the account manager and head of creative on a brand strategy.
• Responsible for identifying and assessing new ways to distribute the content.
• Analyze and forecast future demand for assets related to upcoming products.
• Creating ideas for the communication, based on prepared strategy.

Qualifications:

• Has a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the social media field. Experience in entertainment brands is a plus.
• Excited in social media communication, up-to-date with trends.
• Has a deep knowledge of polish pop culture.
• Great interpersonal skills. A captain of the ship who is able to engage, listen and collaborate with internal teams/ colleagues to align early on in terms of overall strategy and goals.
• Solid understanding of marketing and social media analytics; you can apply a data-centric approach to the testing and optimization of content, you know how to turn basic data into great insights and creative ideas.
• Concise and clear communicator with written and oral communication skills in English & Polish.
